This building is the highest in Battersea! Our specialist mastic application team was on site removing old failed mastic and reapplying. On this site we was audited by sika every week to approve the insulation, this included a random pull testing of the mastic. 

This site is part of the large infrastructure upgrade in collaboration with the relocation of Arsenal Football Club. On this site our team was upgrading the roof systems to a PU coating. Our team carrying out these repairs are all approved installers for TOPSEAL products. This includes working alongside TOPSEAL to verify a warrant.

This site is set in the heart of Mayfair, Claridge’s is an art deco icon and byword for understated elegance. Since the 1850’s.

On this site we was called out to install cravats in respect to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. We also complete a window clean to this site multiple times a year.  

This building was opened in 1904, the Lindsey Hall built to host botanic art exhibitions held by the Royal Horticultural Society. On this site was was replacing and repairing period correct hoppers and down pipes. On this site we also installed around 1000sqm of TOPSEAL pu waterproof coating on the roof with our approved TOPSEAL technicians.

This building was completed in 2008, is was also used in James Bond Skyfall to represent a Shanghi skyscrape. On this site we changed all old light fixings to new LED. For this project our level 3 Electricians  was used.

This site is London and the worlds largest museum of applied arts, decorative arts and design, housing a permanent collection of over 2.27 million objects. It was founded in 1852 and named after Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. On this site we have performed a  wide range of projects, but iwn this photo we are changing the banners for an expedition.  

This Building was founded in 1872 as Bethnal Green Museum. The iron structure reused a prefabricated building from Albertopolis  which was replaced with some early sections of the V&A. On this site we restored the old gutters to original condition, each gutter runs along each side of the building. While on site we also restored some old brickwork.

This building Is a prestigious development of new homes in Nine Elms that boast luxury, a concierge service, media room, roof gardens and a private gym.
